The Problem

The booking UX is generic by design — the same template across thousands of salons — and the owner never fully controls the experience.

Step two of the booking flow only shows stylists who actually perform the selected service, so clients never see someone who can't help them. 4-Step Booking
Service → Stylist → Date & Time → Payment.
The booking flow walks clients through four clear steps: select a service, choose a stylist (filtered to only those who perform that service), pick a date and time from a live availability calendar, then enter their details and pay a 25% deposit through Stripe. A progress bar updates at each step. The calendar makes live API calls to show only real available slots for the selected stylist — no phantom openings.

Self-Serve Cancellation
Clients cancel themselves. Refunds are automatic.
Every confirmation email includes a cancel link tied to the client's unique reservation token — no login, no phone call. Cancellations at least 48 hours out trigger an automatic Stripe refund processed server-side. Inside 48 hours, the policy enforces a no-refund rule automatically — no manual enforcement needed by the salon owner.
