Every business on this platform shares the same API — separated by tenant ID, not by separate codebases.

Payments & bookings
Stripe Checkout Sessions, Payment Intents, Terminal (POS), and idempotency-guarded webhooks. Appointments, reservations, subscriptions, and gift cards all handled server-side with per-tenant Stripe keys.
Notifications & jobs
Transactional email via Resend, SMS via Twilio, and cron jobs for appointment reminders, birthday coupons, daily summaries, and sale expiry — all scoped to the active tenant.
Security & observability
Helmet CSP, per-route rate limiting, server-side price and points validation, JWT auth, Sentry error tracking, 130 passing tests, and a read-only demo mode for safe review.
